Pricing

Please note: Our prices listed are "Our List Price". We calculate prices based on a discount from quantity prices found from distributors of these items. The price you see listed is usually much better than end column, high volume prices found at major distributors. Most of the time, you will find our prices very competitive.

If you are a distributor, or broker, or need to re-sell these items, you may have a target price. Please call or email us, we will try our best to meet your target. If you want a quantity of a certain item, or would like to make an offer for large blocks of our inventory, let us know. Please contact us with any inquiry you may have. We try to have the best possible pricing on our products. If you have a large quantity of a part you are interested in, and you want all or most of the inventory we have please contact us to see if we can improve your cost. If you have a better price from another source and can show us, please let us have the chance to meet the competition!

Shipping

We calculate shipping based upon your final, total order. This is more accurate than trying to base shipping on a dollar percentage or flat fee. The PayPal shopping cart doesn't give us many options! You are welcome to contact us before you order your items, or after you place an order, we can pull it, and pack it, and give you a shipping amount. You can use PayPal or send your order in with a check, or in some cases we can process COD shipments to established businesses. We use USPS Priority Mail for small packages, and UPS or DHL, for larger shipments. We can also ship FedEX. Please call or email us for any questions. If you order, using PayPal, and checkout through the cart, we will send you an invoice for you to pay for shipping after it is calculated. If you will be paying by check or money order, we will be happy to figure the shipping amount for your order, before you send the payment.

Warranty:

We are not franchised for these products, and do not have any warranty procedures established with original vendors. Because we deal in surplus and excess goods, we will not be held responsible for parts or systems. There is no warranty to cover damages caused by the misuse or mishandling or installing of equipment by the purchaser or other users Electronic Part Supply makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. We buy and sell various types of electronic parts, components, materials, and supplies. We buy product at bargain prices, and you benefit and save! Because much of what we deal in may be overstock, surplus, vintage and obsolete, we cannot accept returns or stock adjustments. Some product we have may be in brand new condition, in perfect packaging. Or, the product may be bulk packed, re-boxed, or in original shelf worn packaging. All products are sold on an as-is basis.
